Exit Point Partners was founded by Dave Woolliscroft to bring the operational and finance excellence gained from 25 years in big four consulting and private equity operations to our clients.

Dave Woolliscroft – CEO and Founder
Dave Woolliscroft has more than 25 years of operating, consulting and board experience with a focus in B2B SaaS and technology-enabled services companies. That experience has led to the strong belief in the importance of both exceptional execution and quality data to drive successful growth or the resolution of challenging business transformations.
As CFO Operating Partner and the Finance Practice Director at K1 Investment Management, Dave was instrumental in optimizing profitable growth and exit valuation for technology companies, driving excellence in finance teams across the portfolio and building teams to deliver critical capabilities such as Pricing Strategy, M&A Integration and Executive Search. His strategic guidance extended to serving as a Board Member for GoCanvas and XTM International, and as a Board Advisor for Emburse.
Dave was previously a Managing Director at Deloitte, where he served as COO and CFO for their Managed Risk Services business, co-founded Deloitte New Venture Accelerator and served leading CPG and Healthcare Life Sciences clients in Strategy and Operations Consulting. Prior to that, he held key finance positions at Barclays Bank, Ford Credit, and Ford Motor Company.
